Finding a great place to work is tough. We all want to enjoy going to the place where we earn our living, but that is not always possible. The companies that are going to survive this economic downturn are the companies that invest in the best workforces. These companies will be able to deliver the most to their customers. They will also be able to help the economy rebound by giving everyone access to fair wages and a good workplace environment. JetBlue seems like one of the companies that will survive.
